Alex is a freelance theatre technician based in Cambridge; he specialises in theatrical and dance lighting design. Alex is self-taught, having developed a particular interest in lighting whilst working for Hills Road Sixth Form College as the department technician. He now works for several local theatres on a part-time and casual basis.

Works include 'Anka’s Story’ and 'Ctrl Alt Z' Elevation Youth Dance Company, 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’ Pied Piper Musical Theatre Club and 'Merrily We Roll Along’ The Festival Players.
