Finn was mentored by Rich Rusk (Associate Director, Gecko Theatre) for several years and has since worked with Chris Evans, Phil Hulford, Juliette Valerio and Adam Khazmuradov of Hofesh Shechter Dance Company and Dom Coyote of Kneehigh Theatre. He also worked alongside Penny Greenland MBE for 5 years as a Developmental Movement Specialist for JABADAO (The National Centre of Movement Learning and Health), which actively creates more opportunities for people of all ages to be physically playful - often working intensively in the early years sector, SEN and Dementia care. Finn often teaching devising and physical theatre at Schools and Universities and is an Associate Practitioner at East 15 Drama School.
Finn is currently working alongside Rich Rusk as Assistant Director on Shanhaijing 山海經 "The Classic of mountains and seas” an original production in collaboration with The Shanghai Dramatic Arts Centre, touring across China in 2019-2021.
